Founder and Director
Dom is an executive search & talent acquisition specialist with 20 years’ experience, focused on the recruitment and delivery of senior commercial, HR, IT & Supply Chain positions across multiple sectors. A truly international background, Dom has lived and worked in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America.
Over the course of his career Dom has held numerous leadership roles in executive search, in-house and now leads the team at Taylor Dunn. With a broad breadth experience, he areas of specialisation include talent acquisition, talent development & retention, leadership succession planning, executive coaching and retained search.
Originally from Melbourne, Dom graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Swinburne University of Melbourne, with a specialisation in Marketing and Human Resources. He is a passionate sports lover and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys.
